My husband and I bought a 2022 Coachman Freedom Express 252 RBS travel trailer form Clark's RV in March 2022. We love our unit! Our sales person Toni, was very helpful and made the whole process a breeze. The service department is amazing. On our first trip we had some questions and had to call the service department at 4:55 on a Friday afternoon. They were so helpful and kind and made sure we had all of our questions answered. We had some minor warranty work done and they did their best to have our unit ready as soon as possible in order for us to take our next trip. The whole staff at Clark's RV is wonderful. We were looking for our 2nd camper and went to other dealers before Clarks RV. It was pressure from the start and not much info. We found Clarks RV online. When we arrived, we found that the Clarks family are setup differently. We could browse all the campers and prices were marked on the windows. We did NOT have to sit with a sales person first! Nothing mysterious or hidden and No pressure!

Ron Clark took all the time we needed to answer questions from financing to the campers he has on order trying to help us get what we were looking for. After our purchase and walk through with Shane, showing us how everything works, they gave us a camping starter gift package. We without a doubt recommend CLARKS RV!

My wife and I had been looking for a new camper for a while. I've know. For several years that the Freedom Express was the way to go. We had chosen the camper that we thought was in our price range and fit our needs. When we arrived (after business hours and Greg ,our sales representative waited for us) he showed us the model we wanted to look at and I wanted to see another one. He showed us both and we really thought it was out of our price range but gave us an incredible discount from list price.Let me say that there are NO add ins on the price. We shopped at another dealer and they had numerous add ins to the price. Not here, the price you see is the price!!!!!We bought it. The presentation was detailed making sure we knew how to operate

Everything. After a while we decided to put another AC in the master bedroom. Another awesome experience. Middle of summer and they installed in a matter of days and had me ready to go.I cannot recommend enough. Shop Clarks before you buy...you owe it to yourself.

The only reason I can think of why no comments have been added to this site is because it is hard to find fault with the sales and service dept. at Clarks RV. Most people will not take the time to post a positive comment.

In the last seven years my wife and I have purchased 3 campers from Chris Clark. Two used campers and a recent new 2014 Coachmen Chaparral signature 327 RLTS. Not only did I receive the largest discount off of the MSRP, but they allowed me the highest price for my trade in of any dealer with in 100 mile radius of Millbrook. Sure, I did have a few minor issues with the new camper but when I took it in my camper received immediate attention and never stayed on their lot for more than three days. I guess I really put them to the test. I had a small wiring problem with the bedroom plugs the week of the 4th. of July. They knew that I had a trip planned for the 4th. I took the camper in on Monday morning and they called me at 11:00 and said it was ready.Anyone in the market for a new or used RV please visit
